Management Policy

Topcer, active in fields in accordance with national standards of Iran, while committed to adhering to the latest revisions of environmental laws and regulations, safety and occupational health laws and regulations, and announced standards related to the workplace, considers increasing customer satisfaction as a principle. To achieve this important goal, the integrated management system IMS (Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008, Environmental Management ISO 14001:2004, and Occupational Health and Safety Management OHSAS 18001:2007) has been planned and implemented in the organization. In this regard, the organizational goals are clearly and explicitly stated as follows, so that all managers and staff of the company are aware of and committed to implementing its provisions:

1. Continuous improvement of the quality of produced products using the latest tile industry technologies

2. Increasing customer satisfaction and successful presence in domestic and foreign markets and developing it.

3. Increasing productivity through optimal use of resources and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of integrated management system processes.

4. Increasing the skill and knowledge level of colleagues and developing their participation.

5. Developing infrastructure and management terminals.

6. Continuous planning and efforts to prevent environmental pollution, optimize raw materials and energy resources, and manage waste within the organization's activities.

7. Continuous planning and efforts to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases among employees, reduce human injuries and damages, and reduce the effects of harmful workplace factors.

Finally, by appointing one of the managers as the management representative, it is expected that all colleagues, with their maximum scientific and technical ability, will strive to maintain and improve the integrated management system, product quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Also, at the specified times in this system, I will review the performance results of the processes to achieve the actions that are formulated to achieve the mentioned goals.
